Li Kaixiang, the professor, master supervisor and violin subject leader of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, the deputy president of Violin Society of China Musicians Association, the merit young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in Sichuan Province, the merit teacher of Sichuan Province, and the literary and artistic practitioner with outstanding morality and professionalism of Sichuan Province, has won the 7th Ou Yongxi Excellent Music Education Award of Ministry of Culture, the Excellent Supervisor Award of Ministry of Culture, the third prize of Higher Education Teaching Achievement of Sichuan Province, and so on.

In 2008, appointed by China Musicians Association, he served as the judge of VALENTINO BUCCHI in Rome, Italy. In 2009, he served as the judge of the 9th National Youth Violin Competition of Wenhua Award of Ministry of Culture. In 2011, he served as the judge of CCTV Piano and Violin Competition. Since 2013, he has served as the judge of Chengdu Guangya International Violin Competition for consecutive seven years. In 2015, he served as the judge of the 11th National Youth Violin Competition. He served as the judge of the 8th (2011), the 10th (2015) and the 12th (2019) National Violin Competition of Chinese Golden Bell Award for Music. In 2016, he served as the judge of the 23rd Andrea Postacchini International Violin Competition in Italy.
