VIOLA

Lara Albesano began to study violin when she was three years old in the school Suzuki of the professors Lee and Antonio Mosca in Turin. In 2004 she enrolled at the Conservatoire in Turin and she studied with the professor Sergio Lamberto. At 18 years old she achieved her diploma with the score of 10 cum Laude and special mention of merit. Lara began to study viola with the professor Enrico Massimino at the Conservatoire in Turin during her last years of Conservatoire studies. She attended viola courses at the musical Academy of Pinerolo with the professor Simonide Braconi and at the Academy of Fossano with the professor Ula Ulijona. From 2017 to 2020 Lara attended at the school Superior School of Music Reina Sofia of Madrid improving the study of the viola with the professors Nobuko Imai and Wenting Kang. The prize was given by the queen Sofia of Spain. In 2016,2017,2018 she took part in the Seiji Ozawa Academy (CH), studying chamber music as a violinist and she played at the Ozawa Hall of Tanglewood (USA) , at the Victoria Hall of Ginevra, at the Foundation Louis Vitton in Paris and at the Matsumoto Festival (JP) under the guide of the professors Nobuko Imai, Pamela Frank, Sadao Harada and Kazuki Yamada. In 2018 and 2019 Lara took part in the Gstaad Menuhin Academy Switzerland, studying viola with the professor Ettore Causa and chamber music with the professor Rainer Schmidt and Ana Chumachenco. Lara teaches with big interest and a deep dedication to her students and she makes sure to the technic aspects and the expressions of the performances. She obtained the first prize as the best student in the class of the professor Imai during the academy year 2019- 2020
